Paula Millsaps was born and raised in North Carolina. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry-Pastoral Counseling and is currently working on her Doctor of Education-Christian Ministry and Church Leadership through the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University. Paula is an Ordained Minister under the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening (ANGA) and currently serves as Pastor of Healing Springs Gathering and Founding Director of Joel 2 Missions in SouthWestern PA. Paula is blessed to be the mother of two amazing young adults and has published two books, Letters from Daddy and This is My Story. It is her humble honor to serve the Lord, His people, and the various ministries that she has been blessed to birth and to be a vessel of His glory as the Spirit of the Lord delivers His Word through her with many signs and wonders following.
