Whit has served in Ministry since 1993 at First Baptist Church of Harrisonburg, First Baptist Church of Calhoun, First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Life Church of Winnsboro and Mangham Baptist Church. He completed a Master’s of Divinity Degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2016 and has an endorsement for Chaplaincy through the North American Mission Board. He has been ordained as a minister of the gospel and he & his family have launched into full time ministry to serve all who struggle with any of life’s issues such as bondages, addictions, suicidal propensities, cutting, freedom, etc.
The Lord sends people whose lives are broken and in need of rescue to Whit and his family. They have a passion to minister to all in need of rescue. They feel called to carry out the passages of Isaiah 61 and Luke 4 in their everyday life. They love that these very people that are healed of their “damage” become the very hope for restoration as they are discipled.
